TESCO Bags of Help

TESCO Bags for Help

Bags of Help is the community grant scheme funded through the cost of Tesco's Bags for Life. The charge  helped to reduce the use of single use plastic bags by over 80% since it was introduced by the government and now Tesco have given up issuing single use bags and fund the grant themselves.

Bags of Help is open to any not -for- profit organisation to apply for ANY activity that will be of community benefit.

The scheme is open for:
Physical improvements to facilities, outdoor or indoor, programmes of activity for any age group, community events, equipment, sports coaching, volunteer training, arts, sport, wildlife conservation, play, recreation, publications, clubhouse improvement, social, health and welfare schemes and many many more.

The application process is all online at www.groundwork.org.uk/Sites/tescocommunityscheme
