Charlotte Chapman from Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust team said: "I attended the Cornwall Beach Games at Perranporth beach for the first time; it was relaxed, well organised, fun and a great team building exercise. I took part in team sports I haven't played since being at School (a long time ago) but it reminded me of how much I enjoyed it then, particularly rounder's. The sun was also shining which definitely helped add to the entertainment."
Rachel Faulkner, NHS Workplace Health Coordinator commented: "The 2018 Annual Cornwall Beach Games was again a great success with 34 teams entering representing many local workplaces across Cornwall, most who are engaged in the Healthy Workplace Award scheme which promotes the health and wellbeing of staff. This year it was truly fantastic to see so many teams entering, our most ever and shows what a great event it is promote health, increase physical activity levels, boost morale and bring teams together. We are delighted to see the games develop and grow year on year and look forward to next year's games and continuing our partnership working with the Cornwall Sports Partnership team."
