Cornwall Fire Rescue & Community Safety Service - Wholetime & Apprentice Firefighters

Cornwall Fire Rescue and Community Safety Service will be opening applications for Wholetime firefighters and Apprentice Firefighters at the end of April 2017.

If you are up for a challenge and want a career with a difference then yes... this is for you! What a great way to improve your fitness, have a goal to work towards, have something to challenge and drive you! 2017 could be a year for a new you and a new career.

This is a very exciting time to be joining our service, our recruits will experience our brand new modular approach to learning the broader diverse skills of a community firefighter within Cornwall.

The service is trying to improve the numbers of women, people who identify as LGBTQI+ and/or BAME who are firefighters, what have you got to lose, you don't know until you try!

We are holding two "Have a Go Days" on 18 and 21 April 2017.
